Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hirebeam ("the Service"), operated by Hirebeam ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hirebeam is an AI-powered recruiting intelligence platform that helps businesses discover and research hiring managers and decision-makers at target companies. The Service operates on a credit-based system where credits are consumed to perform job research.

3. Account Registration

To use Hirebeam, you must create an account with a valid business email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Billing and Credits

Hirebeam uses a credit-based billing model:

  • Subscription credits are included with paid plans and reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.
  • Purchased credits are bought separately via one-time credit packages and are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
  • Deduction order: When you perform research, subscription credits are used first. Purchased credits are only used after subscription credits are exhausted.
  • Credit costs: A discovery phase costs 10 credits. An enrichment phase costs 10 credits. A full job research (discover + enrich) costs 20 credits total.
  • Automatic refunds: If a job research fails due to a platform error, the credits spent on that job are automatically refunded to your purchased credits wallet.

All prices are in US Dollars. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive 100 free credits (enough for 5 full job researches) and can monitor up to 2 companies. The trial has no time limit. No credit card is required to start a trial.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means outside of the intended interface
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm individuals identified through the platform
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Hirebeam. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service (e.g., job descriptions, company lists). Research results generated by the Service are provided for your business use but may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Data Handling

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hirebeam provides AI-generated research to assist your recruiting efforts. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, the accuracy of contact information, or the completeness of prospect data. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hirebeam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal in your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination for violation, any remaining credits are forfeited. Upon voluntary cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
